This is a little different, but incredibly fun!!

Four original storyboards by artist John L. Jensen from arguably the greatest action movie of all time, Die Hard!!

Words fail at trying to describe the importance of this movie for action cinema, kickstarting not just the Die Hard franchise and Bruce Willis' film career, but also the entire sub-genre of "terrorists have taken over and only one man can save the day". Examples include Under Siege, The Rock, Cliffhanger, Air Force One, Snakes on a Plane, and endless other films.

This is a memorable sequence from the film, when John McClane escapes barefoot from the air ducts!! These four boards represent two options for the scene - head first or feet first.

What's also great about these boards is the level of finish. While seemingly sparse relative to other films, Die Hard had a lot of scribble storyboards that were more gesture drawings than anything. These were some of the more finished pieces I saw.
