DescriptionWell, it was high time I found a page from Swamp Thing #4 and it proved to be one that, I had been trying to get for over a decade ! I remember trying to get this from the long time owner who never wanted to part with it.I guess time marches on and it finally became available at auction, but I wasn't in a financial position to buy it so, "Poof" it was gone again,Dag nab it!So, time marches on once again and all of a sudden at OAX 2025 it appears again...I thought to myself,now's my time... After a few on-lookers passed on the page,I finally got my chance and worked out a trade deal with Mike Burkey and now, I couldn't be more happy! I guess sometimes you just have to wait for the right piece at the right time, but I'm running out of years though and this can't keep happening can it,lol ! With regards to this page, it shows us just what a genius Bernie was on this series in bringing the "Monster on the Moors" to life, especially to a 16 year old kid at the time ! Social/Sharing |
