After pulverizing the web-slinger last issue, Silvermane goes after his next target...Dagger! With Spider-Man temporarily out of action, the Black Cat tries to cut off the rampaging cyborg and warn Dagger of the impending danger! All the heroes and villains including the Answer, the Rose, and Silvermane converge on the west side docks for a major showdown! They all want Dagger! Who's going to get her? And if the wall-crawler didn't have enough problems already, the alien symbiote (aka black costume) is taking Peter Parker on web-slinging excursions during the night, even though he is sound asleep.
