Silver Surfer fans can appreciate Marvel’s Greatest #35 as the first reprinting of Fantastic Four #48– the landmark story with the origin and 1st app of the Silver Surfer, the Watcher and Galactus! Not many stories in the Marvel Universe bigger or more important than that!

While Silver Surfer doesn’t appear on Kirby’s FF 48 cover, this one by John Buscema / Joe Sinnott has a prominent Silver Surfer soaring on his board, the Watcher and the entire Fantastic Four team. Marvel's Greatest indeed!
