Description

This one really moves me. It’s less of a traditional depiction and more of an abstract cosmic mystery - a work of color and “feel”. I love the simplicity of concept and mastery of anatomy and painting technique.

Alex’s recent Surfer pieces have really seemed like a turning point or new phase for this amazing talent, and I am absolutely -thrilled- to own an original Maleev watercolor - especially one that drips with such style and the artist’s unorthodox POV. So, so cool; an amazing study at 15x22.
