Description

I confess I don�t read as much new comics and tend to just stick with the books and artists I know, but I saw this image and was immediately struck by it.
I was first exposed to comics at my cousin�s house and he had ASM 48, and I would read Blackie Drago steal the Vulture suit. It was my first exposure to JRSR, classic Spidey and his supporting cast other than the cartoons.
I was told when I really started collecting art that if I had to question if I should buy an art piece, it wasn�t a piece I should commit to. And that advice has held true over the years. Especially with published art, if I had to question it, I would pass. For this cover, I couldn�t say yes fast enough.
Thank you Chiaroscuro Studios for selling this, and so happy to buy a piece that just captures the early days of Spider-Man!
