DescriptionJeffrey Jones - Wow, he was an artist!I was happy to finally pick up my first I'm Age - and one that I can understand! Great beauty shots featuring a famous Feynman quote in the final panel - and see what Jones did in the first panel, pretty 'punny'! Actually, there are thoughtful ways to interpret this art given Jeffrey's life journey. I didn't do anything special to acquire this one, just feel I got a bit lucky on bidding day. Jeff Jones' "I'm Age" was a very charming recurring feature in Heavy Metal, and this one appeared in an issue with a very iconic RanXerox cover. Which means it's more likely you might remember this one. Lovely work, created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 15" x 16". Signed as "Jeffrey Jones" and dated in the last panel. In Excellent condition. Social/Sharing |
