Andrés Tena's artistic training as an illustrator began at the School of Art in Zaragoza, where he graduated and obtained the Extraordinary Prize for his promotion. He continued his development at the Cámara Oscura photography school in Logroño and with the illustrator Ajubel. Later he was awarded by the XXX Young Art Show in La Rioja, within the Young Artists Professionalization Program, for his illustrated book project La Niña de Cristal, tutored by Julio Hontana. In 2016 he was awarded a scholarship by the European Institute of Design together with Fulgencio Pimentel for the completion of a Master in Illustration and Visual Communication. The work of this artist has been exhibited, in 2016, at the Art Beijing art fair and at the Cervantes Institute in Beijing within the exhibition project El Relato Desprovisto / Drawings in crude oil, |
