Stephen Desberg

Stephen Desberg was born in 1954 in Brussels, the son of an American father and a French mother. A great reader of comics, he began in 1976 in the newspaper Tintin . In 78, he collaborated with Tillieux ( Gil Jourdan ) and Seron ( Les Petis Hommes ) for the newspaper Spirou and took the reins of the Tif et Tondu series drawn by Will until 1991. For Will, he wrote La 27e Lettre , a one-shot published by Aire Libre in 1990. He then created several youth series including Billy the Cat which will be adapted as a cartoon. For Marini, he wrote two series: L'Etoile du D�sert (1996) and Le Scorpion (twelve volumes from 2000 to 2019). For Vrancken, he wrote the IR $ series (twenty volumes from 1999 to 2019). Inspired screenwriter, he varies the pleasures and multiplies the collaborations: The Cow (De Moor), Tosca (Vall�s), The Immortals (Recul�), Black OP (Labiano), Empire USA (Griffo) ...
