Amancay Nahuelpan (pronounced Aman-kay Na-well-pan) studied Interior Design but ended up pursuing his dream of becoming a comic book artist. He was born in Vancouver, Canada, and grew up in Chile. He returned to Vancouver in 2009 and spent the following years between Europe, North America, and Asia until he returned to the south of Chile in 2016. He is a DC Comics Talent Workshop 2017 Alumnus. In 2024, Forbes Chile named him one of the 50 most creative Chileans. He has worked on titles such as Detective Comics, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and more. He is also the author of the Graphic novel Clandestino published in English and Spanish. You can find him in some forest or a mountain when he is not making comics.
