DescriptionThis original art was used for page 5 of the story "What Rough Beast" from Creepy Magazine #45 (1972/Warren Publishing). This artwork is rendered entirely in pencil, no inks, by Frank Brunner. This may be Brunner's finest work. The art area measures 13" X 18+3/4", and it's in very good condition. The bottom 4" of the page has some waviness, as though it absorbed some liquid at some point. You can also see some very minor tan staining on the female figure in the last panel. |
