DescriptionWayne Boring Superboy #1 Cover Re-Creation Original Art (1983). Although Wayne Boring had totally left the comics industry by 1982, his legion of fans wouldn't let him totally divorce himself from the character that he did so much to popularize. A stunning re-creation of the cover Boring originally produced with Stan Kaye in 1949 -- a great example of his recognizable style and flair in this painting. Mixed media on stretched canvas with an image size of 20" x 24". Light wear and signed in the lower left image area and on the back. In Excellent condition. Shipping on this is between $125 to $500 |
