What a fantastic piece--as sexy as anything else Bernet has done, but in a totally different way. Love the unique subject matter and composition--especially the way she's peeking out from behind her arm. Great stuff!

Gorgeous and unique commission! Love how Bernet indicated all the textures in this and the servicemen in the background are perfect foils for the beauty in the foreground. The vintage plane is so wonderfully handled but it still can't compete with the center of interest.
