I've been a fan of Kevin's for a few years, ever since I first saw some of his APE commissions get posted here (go check them out, they are beautiful). But it wasn't till this year that I actually got a piece for myself. I set up a couple of pieces for my buddy Robert (who's also a big fan) and they always turned out fantastic.

So I was a bit torn. I really want to get Kevin to do a Boy Blue piece but he also does the super coolest Nightcrawler. So we talked a little and fashionized Nightcrawler it was! I think the only thing I did say was 'happy-go-lucky' because that is something that I think makes Nightcrawler who he is.

Fast forward a little and I get this. Now new pieces are always fun an exciting but I love this one. I love the fact that Nightcrawler is just having a good day, looking superb in his suit. I also really appreciate the nod to the costume with the colour choice of the vest. So while I still have that Boy Blue on my list, this is one heck of a start to my Wada collection! I dont have the piece in hand yet so I am using Kevin's scan as proxy but had. to. share!
