Description

I've always loved Bisley's Lobo, and never knew he did any interior Punisher until just recently. This piece is labeled "Summer Special," but was actually published as a short story (only 4 pages long!) called "Flare Up" in Punisher #75. I think it's the coolest page of the story, and everything about it screams Biz: the faces, the action, Punisher's hairy arm, even the skull shirt!
