Description

Several weeks ago I posted the 1st appearance of Ventriloquist/Scarface. It just so happened that I was also able to acquire Batman's first encounter with Ventriloquist/Scarface along with the color guides.

I cant even begin to express how grateful I am to Ike for being so kind in remembering me when the time came. Its amazing that somehow these key pages have come together in one place.

Notice here that Batman totally disregards Scarface and goes after the Ventriloquist not knowing the true depth of his split personality disorder.

Another great page! I don't know that Batman totally disregarded Scarface since he literally punched his head off and directly addressed the Ventriloquist. Problem is, a minor inconvenience such as decapitation doesn't do much to phase that little dummy. He's still the boss.

I've really enjoyed drinking in all three of these sequential pages. They all have such great storytelling and wonderful action. Really love that last really narrow panel of Batman throwing his batarang.
