Description

From a Minneapolis con back in 1981. John just ended the X-men series and Fantastic Four 232 just came out. He charged $15 for pencil sketch's and was not doing any X-Men characters. When he was almost finished John asked me if he could add a second character. I said sure! He was very patient and answered all my questions. Didn't even mind when I followed him out of the convention hall asking a few more. Geez.
My friend purchased three I believe. One was an inked Sasquatch. I could have asked for Red Sonja or Black Widow but I was a big Canuck fan so.....

You chose nicely, indeed!!! Obscure characters sketched by famous and talented artists is the right combination to get something really unique!! Nice score!

Thanks for the comments. Thats why I now collect Lulu sketches. Though on occasion I have had to fight the urge to ask for a Power Girl.
