DescriptionAMAZING SPIDER-MAN daily strip by STAN LEE AND JOHN ROMITA. dated 4 / 16 / 77. signed by Romita. Many years ago, I had the opportunity to purchase virtually any of the Romita dailies (when Mr. Romita first decided to sell them.) except the 1st week. I dug through my complete set of newspaper clippings and picked this one out (along with a four others). With only 2 or 3 panels to work with, most dailies on their own are dull. I find this one complete in itself. A classic example of Stan Lee's powerful dialogue, coupled with great Romita art, in a very compact setting. "TODAY THE LEGEND DIES!"Social/Sharing |
