Description

Scout was (and is) one of my favorite comic series of all time, and Truman is one of my favorite artists. I've been looking for "the right" Scout page to add to my collection for a long time now, but I hadn't been having any luck until I found this page about 10 minutes after walking through the door on the first day of the Pittsburgh Comic Con last April. Needless to say, this page fit the bill, and I'm now the proud owner of a wonderful Scout title/splash page!

WOW! I vividly remember how hot the Scout title was back in the day and picking up and marveling at Truman's work. Still have those comics. Great piece!

That is a very fine piece of art indeed. I love the scout series too, though the Truman pieces I own are from Grimjack and his work for the Grateful Dead comics. Benno

That's as good a SCOUT page as I've ever seen. Great to see this stuff from the 80's. Thanks for posting and congrats!!
