What a splendid piece! Plunkett's art is quite scarce on the art market so I must say I'm delighted to own such a fine exemple of his craft.Like everything he touches, it is meticulously drawn and full of mood.The tonal pencil is truly incredible here.A beautiful piece all around.And since he is known for his fantastic work on Spidey in Marvel Fanfare,I couldn't be more pleased with the subject,a classic battle from a classic era masterfully interpreted by a too rare master.

Plunkett is one of my favorite artists. This is a great example of his pencil technique, composition, and anatomical knowledge. This is beautiful period. I have been looking for years and never found the right piece. His Spider-man when it appeared in Marvel Fanfare hooked me, and this is even better. Great piece of art.
