Description

This splash captures the intensity of the moment and the tension that is the hallmark of Frank Frazetta's best work. I cannot think of a single page from Frazetta's comic book work that better foreshadows his later illustration direction in the oil paintings and Canaveral illustrations. The loose freedom of his brush and explosion of creativity here is FANTASTIC!

If anyone knows where page 3 of this story is, I sure would like to find it for my collection. Thanks!
