Black Panther by Alberto Varanda

Meeting Alberto Varanda was a dream come true during the 2013 Angoulême festival. He probably was the first artist I collected intensively when I became really interested in Franco-Belgian comics. And I had missed him at various stores signing before. It turns out Alberto is a comics fan (which was not a true suprise if you look closely at his art).I had to ask him for a Black Panther and here is the incredible result. Alberto put layers and layers of paint on this beauty which took him about 30 to 45 minutes of work. Many thanks, Alberto for the amazing gift and conversation :)
