This is the last issue fantasy cover to "Legion of Superheroes: Infinite Timelines-Metallic Messiah", drawn beautifully by a re-invented Trevor Von Eeden, who knocked the ball straight out of the park with this whole series of covers; my favorite stuff from him, by far!
