No comments? Wonderful, DYNAMIC layout with that killer first panel, reflections in sunglasses in panel 2, our disembarking heroes in panel 3, and silhouettes in panel 4 as they enter the base. Really wonderful, flowing page with technique, execution, and storytelling dripping from every panel. Absolutely fabulous page - congrats!

Yeah, weird that there haven't been any comments made for this page in the years it's been up on CAF. Crazy talk!
I appreciate the cinematic feel to the page. It's like it's been directed by Tony Scott or Michael Bay through the hands and eyes of Steve McNiven. I can almost hear the sound of the helicopter in the process of touching down. But most of all, I love the focus on Maria Hill. One of my favorite Marvel characters created in the 21st Century. She's sexy and tough and commanding here. Even Captain America and Iron Man don't quite seem as important as she is on this page. They're present, but they aren't the ones being showcased. It's Maria. And I love that.
