Photonik by Ciro Tota

Another great pinup of Photonik soaring by Tota. This one was published as a back cover of the 2 hardcover album released by Delcourt in 1999 (thanks to Raph for pointing that out).

From all the French sup'heros, Photonik is probably the most fondly remembered and the most adult in its treatment. It surely made its mark on me :)

This one was drawn in 1992 when Tota was still working for Editions Lug/ Semic, a prime period for his art.

Very happy with this one as nice published example of Photonik art is very hard to come by since the artist kept the majority of his art :)
