Yes he does! This looks as though he took a lot of time with the inking.

I think he tends to just do light pencils and spend more time inking his sketches. And if he likes the character, seems like he puts in that extra little something. I find it's best to give him a list of characters and hope there's one he's a fan of to get an extra special sketch that day! :)
