The costume style looks like it comes from Tara on the Dark Continent put out by Paragon, Bill Black's pro-zine company that predates AC Comics. Main figure looks to have been copied from an Al Dellinges Sheena cover of Near Mint Magazine. Marker on 9"x12" vellum paper.
