The greatest villains of the Standard Comics Universe pool their considerable resources to destroy their opponents once and for all. It's all out war on the Planet's Ultimate Super-Heroes, the Sentinels.

Inspired by Justice League of America #195, my request to Mitch was:
"In this case, the Sentinels' worst enemies have teamed up and are knocking off (well, defeating) the heroes, one by one. The cover shows the villains gloating in front of a series of monitor screens with the heroes' faces, some being crossed out as "defeated". Yeah, you probably know the original cover, but I don't want a recreation, I want your version of this concept."

and this is what he came up with! Cool.

OK, maybe "greatest villains" is a bit much since I created most of them, but still.

Note the clock on the wall. Ha!

I like the shift in angles. A great choice of cover and artist ( Of course, I am biased just a tad on this one http://cafurl.com?i=20330 ). Looking forward to the finished product.

That JLA cover was one of the first I had Perez sign when I met him. Truly one of the most classic covers of all time for me. Mitch really took it to the next level with this Sentinel inspired masterpiece! I really need to get another commission from Mitch sooner than later! Congrats again Roy!
