Description

These pure pencil pieces are amazing. Ryan's work on issue #1 entailed of a pure pencil page, like this one, while the inks were over-layed on a separate piece of vellum. Starting with issue #2 - Ryan started light boxing the inks on an illustration board. Finally, on issue #3, Ryan started to ink directly over his pencils on the same board and that is how he works now. The first 3 mass produced covers were rough pencil drawings that were finished in computer software.
