Description

From the second L´Ombra story (1965), page 10. Story by Alberto Ongaro. These underwater panels give pointers to Pratt´s next big project, The Ballad of the Salt Sea. Have a look at the third panel, for example. This page is colored on the back, in fifties and sixties Italian-style. Since the whole page takes place in and under water, however, the back is a rather monochromatic blue.
L´Ombra is published in several editions in Italy and France but unfortunately never in English.
