Description

Possibly my favorite image of Frank that Leandro did during his time drawing the book. Frank holding O'Brien as she dies after having stepped on a random landmine walking across the sands of Afghanistan. Leandro wrote about this image on his facebook page that "the angle of the shot tells us the Punisher is so angry the reader can't look at him straight into his eyes."

So happy that I could get my hands on this one, considering it's a splash page and contains the death of arguably the most important character besides Frank during Ennis' run as writer on MarvelMax Punisher.

Purchased at NYCC 2013.
