I've always been a huge fan Mike DeBalfo's work and wanted to get a studio quality commission from him ever since I first came across his work. Additionally Slave Leia is my all time favorite iconic character. So when I found out Mike was free for commissions, I reached out to see if he'd want to do his own version of Slave Leia.

I gave Mike complete artistic freedom over this piece, and love the end result.
