This is signed but I forget the artist, I'll check again later to update this.
Whoever did draw it though, it's a nice sketch of one of Soundwave's cassettes, Ravage.

Ravage I had as a toy as a kid, loved him them, still do, so owning this is pure nostalgia for me, I hope I can add more production art from the G1 Transformers over the years, and would be blown away if I could manage a color cel of either Optimus, Jazz, Bumblebee, Brawn, Prowl, Grimlock especially, or really any/many of the others.

There's days I wished I hadda collected cels a lot earlier in the 2000's before so much got picked clean, or skyrocketed in price. But every so often eBay's still ok for a nice piece like this.
