DescriptionCover painted by Rafael López Espí for the Spanish edition of FANTASTIC FOUR VOL.1 N°34, published by Vértice in 1972. It's titled "Ben Grimm's betrayal" and The USA content corresponds to Fantastic Four Vol.1 #69. One of the most representative FF covers plus a imposing pin up with the 4 main characters, in true style "poster" by Lopez Espi. The first cover of FF who performed in rigid format (table) was the vol. 1 issue #37, and at the same time in other collections, so this cover is made of cardboard.Portada original pintada por Rafael López Espí para la edición española de LOS 4 FANTASTICOS VOL.1 #34 publicado por la editorial Vértice en 1972. Se titula "La traición de Ben Grimm" y el contenido USA corresponde a Fantastic Four Vol.1 #69. Una de las más representativas portadas de la serie FF además de un espléndido pin up con los 4 protagonistas, al más puro estilo "cartel" de López Espí. La primera portada de FF que realizó en formato rígido (tabla) fue el número 37 del vol. 1, y a la par en el resto de colecciones, de manera que esta portada está hecha sobre cartulina. de Espi,admiro sobretodo el dominio del color,y todo y hacer a posteriori una montaña de recreaciones de portada,es facil diferenciar un estilo de dibujo muy al sello Espi. Guapa !!!
