Uncanny X-men 8 page 1 Emma Frost, Cyplops, Goldballs

Kicking off release of art from issue 4! This scene takes place in San Diego. Most of the dwellings you'll see in this scene are actual houses that can be found in that fine city all courtesy of the WWW. Back in the good 'ol days--about 15 years ago-- I had to hop in a car and take pics or go to the library in search of ref. Need a pick of John F. Kennedy (as I did in the early issues of Shade)? Off to the library. When I was around 11 I really wanted a Chevy Luv. Thats one sitting on the street in panel one. One of the idiosyncrasies I gave Fabio is that he grabs his head under stress. Lots of head gripping here when he is teleported into his home neighborhood, nervous that he would end up back in Limbo ---as he did in the previous issue.
