Description

While lookimg for the first appearance of Doomsday in the New 52, I remembered this DC House Ad from 1992. I was trying to remember if it came out before Superman: Man of Steel #17, and if so, in which comics. So far, my search has proved fruitless, although I really have not looked that hard yet. Will give me something to do at this years' San Diego Comic Con...

I can't remember the issues either, but it was published before the actual storyline for sure. I think it'd started appearing in the same month (or the month before)as the "fist punch" pages. The are itself is just an outline based on Jurgens original character design sketch (before there was even a proper model sheet).
