Black Cat painting by Linda Lee Wise (2014)

This beauty is another great piece by Linda. I love how she draws women and the layers of color in her work. As this was my first official piece drawn specifically for me, I have all the progression pics as well and will include below so you can see her process:) This is 11x17 on canvas paper, done with pastels. I love that she added the actual cat. I'm not a huge cat person, but I do love Mr. Bigglesworth from Austin Powers. She put that in all on her own, and I love that and think it is a nice touch. So I give you the Black Cat and Mr. Bigglesworth! ("....and when Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset, people DIE!" :)
