Crimeking

As a kid ... well, teenager ... the yearly 8-for-a-dollar sale at Fat Cat's would set the following years needs list. Endless scouring for those random issues of Psychoblast (maybe not worth it) or Sword of the Swashbucklers 9worth it). One of the weirder ones that I found myself rummaging around for was DC's New Talent Showcase. Almost entirely forgettable except for ... Crimeking! Really, he's a real dude! New Talent Showcase #4 featuring a young Steve Lightle 3 seconds before they hired him to do Legion. The story featured Ekko. Guy who makes a cool looking sound based super-suit and starts fighting crime.
