DescriptionThe first appearance of the Thing in the movie from the Kennel-Thing scene. Mike Ploog was the production illustrator: special makeup effects unit who did the designs for the Thing and many of the storyboards.This takes place right after the "Arm Shoot Out of the Dog Thing (8)" storyboard also in this gallery. Probably my 2nd favorite movie all-times (behind ALIENS). And it's still so underrated. Great storyboard! Congrats!
