DescriptionAway from comics I've always loved the Fighting Fantasy books particularly the earlier ones such as Warlock Of Firetop Mountain, Citadel Of Chaos, Deathtrap Dungeon and Forest Of Doom.The illustrations in those books are just as much a part of the gaming experience as the quest itself, setting the tone and atmosphere brilliantly. So, to finally get an original piece of artwork from one of the earliest books is something I am feeling very very happy about. This artwork is by Malcolm Barter - a lovelier chap you could not wish to meet. Social/Sharing |
