Cool page. No idea where it is from.

I bought this on Ebay years ago. The description said it was an unpublished Adi Granov page from Necrowar. I LOVED Necrowar. This was before Adi was huge like he is now. Price wasn't too high. I thought it was possible it wasn't what the description stated, but figured it was cool either way, so I went for it. Showed it to Adi years later and he confirmed that it is not his work. Any help identifying what this may be from would be greatly appreciated.
