Description

Alitha was super nice about this, as she offered to do it home for me.

This is one of the Black Hoods seen in DC's first attempt at the Red Circle characters during their Impact imprint. This female Black Hood apparently came from an era in France, and was of several who greeted the current Black Hood when he died at the beginning of the series.
