DescriptionI was so impressed with the wonder commissions that D.C. had done for Jolly Roy Johnson that I had to check him out myself. (seriously, go check out the Black Panther D.C. did - fabu!) I got in touch with him and after talking we ended up going with a couple of ideas. One was Iron Man taking on the Mauler Twins. The Twins are from Kirkman's Invincible and beautifully channel Marvel's Blood Brothers. A wonderful commission right down the Twins painted fingernails :) Really like the effect of Iron Man's repulsor ray breaking around the Twins' wrist. Very cool.Original size 11x17 Social/Sharing |

For some reason I thought of Paul Smith's Iron Man after see this. Good stuff!
