Description

The third page in a wonderful 3 page sequence where Wonder Woman and Superman are sitting on the outside of Green Lantern's citadel, high above Earth, in a brilliant exchange that shows both pictorially and verbally their differing philosophies. I really enjoyed this sequence in the book, but once I saw the original art ... well, the BLACK in the originals is something that Alex does well - it's like a plush velvet! Unfortunately it often doesn't come over like that in the publications.

I agree, I really enjoyed this sequence as well. I imagined a young Clark, skipping stones in Smallville as a kid...now, with the weight of the world on his shoulders, skipping stones in space...feeling ever more hopeless. Flying away feeling a bit deflated, now knowing the story Diana told.
