this is another one in the, "what im choosing to call my Gotham series" of prints. so expect two more at the very least. i think the next one will bats head in it somehow, maybe in silhouette or something. u cant imagine the fun ive been having in my mind's eye on these. i kinda feel guilty that im able to enjoy my job this much. can u imagine the absolute freedom to create anything u want?

i gave her a mosh up of a few other characters like jokers smile and a bat's "hands" at the inside bottom of her cape, as well as cut the cowl in half and poke holes in the cape to indicate he's just been given the dirt nap. for some reason she has holes in her body too, to have the red shown through.

the odd thing about this is not the blood dripping upward, its the fact that i inked the "ENTIRE" cape and the left side of her pony tail with my "OPPOSITE" hand.... yes, my right hand. i want to preserve my left hand as much as possible in my old age, so im trying to train my right just in case my left hands falls off or some crazed fan steals it at a con..... heh let me tell ya, trying to ink her boobs with my right hands was frustrating knowing i can draw so much faster. that kinda discipline is hard to achieve but the ninja is strong with this one.

hope its not too "artsy" for some of u guys. this is not exactly GO ASSnation material, speaking of....
