A wonderfully drawn strip, both in terms of composition and rendering. Plus, I have a soft spot for the little comic relief strips that Caniff would mix into his storytelling. Congrats!!

Nice Terry! The date is off by a decade though as this is from 45, right near the end of Caniff's run on the strip. Interesting to see the strip running across the last quarter of the bottom to show where they could cut it off to save space in the paper. Of course that would ruin the beautiful composition by Caniff so I hope it didn't happen very often.
