Old Man Logan - Part 4 of 8

If they ever turn Old Man Logan into a movie this issue would probably include some of my favorite action scenes and sequences. I'm a sucker for a good chase scene and this issue starts with a 5-page sequence of Logan smashing the spidey-mobile through walls, towering all glass windows, goons and soaring from building to building and ultimately landing out in the desert where a Mad Max style chase ensues until the earth splits open and Clint, Logan and a slew of bad guys plummet into darkness.

I see this page as somewhat of a turning point in the story where we see Logan literally in a dark and down moment, but he takes charge and becomes the hero even if it's just for a page or two. I don't know if it was McNiven or Millar but I have to say it's seriously a brilliant touch using a blind man's eyes/glasses to acknowledge Logan's heroic moment in the last panel.

I still frequently pick this book up and it's still one of my all time favroites. I'm looking forward to the next arc with Bendis and hope they do it justice.
