Pencils and inks done by Bob Wiacek.
Many thanks to Steven Davich for selling me this piece. A great cover from a great guy at a a great price.
I love how the sharp lines of the ship and the cold large gaze of Man-Thing leads the viewers eyes to the focus on the plane.
Pirates are known to induce fear in their victims, lets hope they show no fear for "Whatever knows fear, burns at the touch of The Man-Thing."

Nice one James. Owned it myself for a while 15 years ago, when I was a young collector.... Memories :) Still have what I received back in trade. Excellent Claremont scripted series too bad it did not last longer.

Bob Wiacek was primarily know for inking but when he penciled, he was just as good as anyone from that era. A nice cover. Cheers! N.
