This was my favorite pickup of 2014, hands down!

I love Thompson's art. It's got something magical and insane about it, that just works to perfection in a child's world. It's got this loose randomness that looks completely accidental and rushed, yet is insanely calculating in where every line goes to create that look. It's the kind of art that, as an artist, makes you scratch your head in wonder.

I honestly couldn't imagine finding a better strip from the whole run. I find this one to be hysterical! Every panel the joke is funny. Every one!! And you get the whole family!! And the Slipshod 2!! I'm honestly not sure there is another daily from his run I'd prefer over this. True love.

It's also an amazingly awesome layout, using the house itself and the rooms to create panels?

Man, this is utter genius...
