well... doesn't get any more cosmic than this... supertown, new genesis, sensitizers - sensitive to the universe... and then WHAM... that gorgeous bottom panel - one of jack's most psychedelic ...

where everything moves and makes a kind of beautiful noise - harmony is the word donnie... you're listening to all there is!

yes, yes, i know the inks are vinnie's, but he did jack well with this bottom panel...

I love the FP's sunny disingenuous tone when they interact with earth people. "Oh, it's okay. We come from another planet with magical technologies where everything is groovy!"

Truly Cosmic! I remember reading this when it came out and it transported me. Actually like Colletta's inks on Kirby. I realize that's not a popular stance, but sometimes he was great on the King.

The casual nature of the first four panels makes that last panel extra groovy! Overall, the page shows Kirby's take on flower power was highly idealized and innocent yet still mindblowing.
